On with my never-ending quest to thinker and get everything just right. I have a few changes on my blog I hope you’ll like.
Discussion
You are all cordially invited to leave a comment on my discussion page! Bear blog has an aversion towards them, leaving them as opt in and a slight technical challenge. I explored too many options to realize why Herman’s pick works best.
One of them lead me to a better contact implementation on my portfolio site, so yay! I’m so happy when I get to explore new software for the fun of it and it directly leads to a product improvement. Usually it’s a good to know, will possibly come in handy in the future. I get very exited seeing the fruits of my labour and you can too!
New Posts Page
I fully reworked the styling of the posts page to be in line with my brand guidelines. I was just so used to seeing that on bear blogs that I never even thought of changing it. But after I mistakenly broke it I realized I could do so much with it.
Site Wide Tweaks
Line height is improved, headings have more breathing room and my editorial style is getting an upgrade. All in the service of making my ramblings easier to scan since no one’s got time to read all that.
I expanded the header to full width, making space for the goodies to come. Fixed the broken custom cursor, standardized links and buttons.
